It's so much fun playing a sport or doing something active! You can play in a team with your friends or even by yourself. There are so many fun activities and sports to choose from, but the most important thing is that you enjoy yourself, keep fit, and stay healthy!
Do your best kids and you might even play for your favorite team, represent your state or even represent Australia one day!!! The sky is the limit kids!
Remember to be Sun Safe. Always wear a wide brim hat and SPF 30+ Sunscreen. Apply Sunscreen at least 20 minutes before you go outside. Re-apply every two to four hours. If you are in the water, reapply sunscreen every hour.
Being Active, Fit and Healthy is an important part of life. Always remember to do a few warm up exercises before you start to prevent any injuries.
